Questions

The fine print.

How accurate are the market prices?+

Our model is trained on broadline foodservice and supply distributor pricing data. Numbers are directionally reliable negotiation anchors — not live spot quotes. Region and spec affect actual prices by ±15%.

What happens to my invoice data?+

Files are processed in memory and the structured result is stored against your account. We don't sell or share your data. Delete any analysis with one click.

Do I need to switch vendors?+

No. The point is to give you leverage with your current rep. Most users get 8–15% concessions just by walking in with the report.

What file types work?+

PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP. Up to 10MB. Photos taken on a phone work fine.

How is this different from a GPO?+

GPOs lock you into their catalog. VendorLens works with whoever you already buy from. You stay in control.
