Our model is trained on broadline foodservice and supply distributor pricing data. Numbers are directionally reliable negotiation anchors — not live spot quotes. Region and spec affect actual prices by ±15%.

What happens to my invoice data?+

Files are processed in memory and the structured result is stored against your account. We don't sell or share your data. Delete any analysis with one click.

Do I need to switch vendors?+
